Our Sauvignon Blanc is made in a fresh and clean style, without oak influence, and without malo-lactic fermentation. We grow this fruit on our estate Paragon Vineyard in a few different blocks, some of them dating back to the original planting in 1973. Each is harvested, fermented and aged separately, then blended just before bottling.

Bright and racy, yet silky and light, with flavors of green apple, lime, grapefruit, lemon zest, and a bit of minerality to boot. Its crisp acidity makes it a natural with seafood, and most definitely with oysters.
